We only ship to U.S. addresses at this time. If you are located internationally and interested in our products, please send an email to sales@additionbeauty.com. You would be the first to know when we finally are able to ship internationally!

We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all applicable U.S. orders only over $50 and ground shipping on U.S. orders under $50. Below are a few helpful tips to keep in mind when placing your order and ensuring a successful shipment experience from us:

• PO Box customers – please include your PO Box address in your shipping information.
• If you believe your package may be missing or stolen, please send an email to support@additionbeauty.com within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
• Please double check your address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for shipments arriving at the incorrect address.

• Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  

Processing timeline:

• Orders are fulfilled and shipped during standard business hours (Monday through Friday), excluding Holidays.
• It is our very best duty to process your order within 1-3 business days of the purchase date.
